♕ Part of my World ♕ Nabla Cosmetics ~ Dreamy Eyeshadow Palette ♕
{First Impressions, Swatches, Comparisons}

When NABLA Cosmetics announced they were going to release their first eyeshadow palette, the hype skyrocketed right away in less than a second. Their eyeshadows are always been extremely appreciated by both makeup enthusiasts and pro makeup artists, so no wonder that this palette was such a success!

The Dreamy Eyeshadow Palette debuted on October 18th and it sold out in just a couple of days - quite a record. It hasn't been restocked yet, and there's not a restock date either - which is the main reason why I didn't post my impressions earlier. I took my time to try each shade - not only on myself, but on other people too. I've used this palette a lot in class and tested it on several skin types and different complexions, so I've quite a clear idea about this palette now ;D

"The Dreamy Eyeshadow Palette is the perfect balance between Fantasy, Elegance and Practicality."

♕ Part of my World ~ Sugarpill Cosmetics Eyeshadows ♕

Before leaving for makeup school, I got one of the most amazing present ever: twelve Sugarpill eyeshadows. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been admiring their eyeshadows for ages: they have amazing feedbacks, their price point is good (especially since the pans are so big) and they really look simply stunning. So you can imagine my excitement when I got them! *_* I’ve been playing with them for a while, so this is not going to be just a plain haul post, because I'll be also including my first impressions about these shadows.

♕ Part of My World ♕ GlitterTubes ~ Pressed Glitters ♕
{Overview, First Impressions, Swatches}

Taking a little break from my make up looks because I have a big first impressions post  for you today!
If you follow me on Instagram then you already know that some weeks ago I received, as a gift from a friend, a selection of pressed glitters by GlitterTubes - an indie brand that sells both loose and pressed glitters, along with rhinestones, flakes, sequins and, of course, glitter glue.

It all started back in April, when I read Sabina's post about these pressed glitters - I immediately got curious, as I've always wanted to use glitters in my looks (plus I love everything that shines, the more sparkly the better!). Long story short, a few days afterwards a lovely friend of mine surprised me a bunch of beautiful, glittering pans *___*
I've been using these beauties for quite some times now (and again, if you follow me on Instagram you surely noticed XD) and here are my impressions & thoughts!

♕ Part of My World ♕ Spectrum Collections ~ Duo Fibre 4 Piece Set ♕
{Overview, First Impressions}

{Disclaimer: this first impressions post features a product I got for free as press sample. I'd like to thank Spectrum Collections for the opportunity, anyway my evaluation policy doesn't change and is always based on real use and in-depth testing of the product(s)}

Finally - finally! - I'm able to share with you my first impressions and thoughts about one of the newest brush set by Spectrum Collections, the 4 Piece Duo Fiber Set. It was sent to me for my birthday but it took me longer than usual to test - mostly because this set is meant to be used mainly with cream and liquid products, which I don't use... So I had to borrow some for the testing's sake - hence the huge delay!

If an airbrushed, lightweight finish is your ultimate base goals, say hello to your new favourite brushes!

♕ Part of My World ♕ Nabla Cosmetics ~ Dazzle Liner in Klimt ♕

Today I'm going to talk about a product that I've been using and loving so, so much lately. I used it in almost each and every makeup look I created during the last two months... Please give a round of applause to the Dazzle Liner in Klimt by NABLA Cosmetics - aka my current makeup obsession.

(It usually takes me a long time to write a review. I need to test everything in both summer AND winter time, because my skin changes depending on the temperatures - and so do my needs. But, since this is a limited edition product, by the time I'll be ready to write a full review, it will be most likely gone... But this product really deserves a dedicated post. So I had to find a compromise, and that's where the Part of my World series comes in. I created this series two years, and it's intended to gather all my first impressions regarding a product/collection/etc. I haven't been "using" it in a while actually, but I blew the dust off it recently and I realized it still works for first impressions/preliminary reviews like this one.)

So without further ado, let's get started!

"Klimt is a red gold eyeliner, lightly duochrome and extremely pigmented.
Liquid gold with a chromatic effect in a mirrored texture which enhances the look with bright and sumptuous warm reflections. Ideal to frame the eyes or to create small decorative details, like filigree, which embellish the look by interpreting it in a unique and exclusive way.
Romantic and iconic as “The Kiss” by Klimt."

♕ Part of My World ♕ Makeup Geek Cosmetics ~ Eyeshadow Pans Haul! ♕
{Swatches, Comparisons & First Impressions}

I'm so excited I'm finally able to post this haul! I had to postpone and reschedule it so many times I was seriously loosing hope of ever being able to post it.

This year I was lucky enough to receive ten Makeup Geek Cosmetics eyeshadows as birthday present ♥ I've been willing to try out their shadows from quite some time - so you can imagine how excited I was (and still am) to get all these beauties *___*

♕ Nabla Cosmetics ~ Potion Paradise Collection ♕
{Overview, Swatches, First Impressions}

{Disclaimer: this post is a first impressions/preview about a product I got for free as press sample. I'd like to thank NABLA Cosmetics for the opportunity, anyway my evaluation policy doesn't change and is always based on real use and in-depth testing of the product(s)}

It's been a while since NABLA Cosmetics launched new colours for their Crème Shadow range. It debuted about one year ago with six shades, then three new ones were added with the winter Artika collection and one more, shortly after, was introduced to celebrate NABLA's birthday in December. No new adds since then - until now.

The Potion Paradise Collection features six new shades, five of them being shimmery and just one completely matte. One of them is actually the cream version of a preexisting eyeshadow, but the other five are completely new, original colours!

I'm sorry I wasn't able to post this overview earlier, I always try to post close to the launch day (usually slightly after)... Sadly, this time the weather has been really inclement (and still is, honestly), making nearly impossible for me to take any good pictures for several days in a row. Which is a problem, when you're a beauty blogger and you rely on natural light alone.
Anyway, I finally made it! Just in time - the traditional launching promo ends tonight, but hopefully this overview could still be useful to some of you, for future purchasing!

Potion Paradise
A collection where the Apollonian meets the Dionysian in a retro-futuristic pastel-shaded scenario.
Where the past runs towards the future in a rush that encodes a new concept of equilibrium.
A post-modern collection stating new codes in the name of freedom of expression.
Are you ready to discover all the secrets of these new 6 Crème Shadow?

♕ Nabla Cosmetics ~ Brow Universe ♕ Brow Pot & Brow Divine ♕
{Overview, Swatches, First Impressions}

{Disclaimer: this post is a first impressions/preview about a product I got for free as press sample. I'd like to thank NABLA Cosmetics for the opportunity, anyway my evaluation policy doesn't change and is always based on real usage of the product(s)}

Over the last one year and a half I became very interested in eyebrows, I gradually learnt how to shape and define them - mainly by using a pencil, but I also used eyeshadows for a short amount of time. Now, doing my eyebrows is a step in my daily routine I never, never skip.
So, needless to say, when NABLA Cosmetics announced the upcoming launch of their new eyebrow product I rejoiced right away! (They already have a brow product in their range actually - the Brow Divine pencils - but I can't relay on those because there's no shade for red hairs, sadly.)

And I got even more excited when I learnt that this new product was a cream - perfect timing, as I'm using up my currently brow pencil and I was taking into consideration switching to cream/gel.
Please welcome the new Brow Pot range, a brow cream that features a waterproof and long-lasting formula.

♕ Preview ♕ Spectrum Collections ~ BombShell Brush Set ♕
{Overview, Comparisons, First Impressions}

{Disclaimer: this post is a first impressions about a product sent for free to me by the brand. I'd like to thank Spectrum Collections for the opportunity, anyway my evaluation policy doesn't change and is always based on real usage of the product(s)}

When Spectrum Collections, back on July, hinted that a new mermaid inspired brush set was on its was, the hype went sky high right away. This brand is well known for its
glamorous, stylish and overall beautiful designs - so everyone (me included) literally went crazy, knowing that something really amazing was about to be revealed.
And, of course, it totally was.

After the mermazing Glam Clam the darker Siren Set and the pure Marbleous set, Spectrum Collections created the chic and classy BombShell Brush Set - which I'm really thrilled to show you today!

This new set was revealed on July 21th in a mermaid themed event that took place in Soho, London. Sadly, I live way too far to be able to attend - but I was so luck to be given the opportunity to try them in order to write a preview post! *_*
I've waited for the launch date to be disclosed to publish this post, and we're actually sooo close to it: this beauty is launching on September 23rd! Who's excited??
Meanwhile, I really hope you'll enjoy this preview! ♥

♕ Part of My World ♕ Spectrum Collections ~ Marbleous Eye Set ♕
{Overview, Comparisons, First Impressions}

{Questo post illustra prime impressioni di un prodotto che mi è stato mandato in prova valutativa dalla ditta che lo produce. Ringrazio Spectrum Collections per l’opportunità, la mia politica valutativa tuttavia non cambia e si basa come sempre sulla reale utilizzazione del prodotto - vedasi la pagina Disclaimer del blog.}

{Disclaimer: this post regards first impressions about a product sent for free to me by the brand. Thanks to Spectrum Collections for the opportunity, anyway my evaluation system doesn't change and is always based on real usage of the product.}

Ciao Principesse!

New brush-themed post today! I'm going to show you some of the newest brushes by Spectrum Collections from the Marbleous collection. I received the 8 piece set (which I was planning to buy on summer, but they beat me to the punch. Thank you again Spectrum!) aka the Marbleous Eye Set, the one focused on eye brushes.

In this post I'm going to do an overview, show comparisons and give you my first impressions about each and every brushes of the set. Please note: this is not a review, since I've been using these brushes for just a month-ish. I'll post a proper, full and final review on autumn, more or less.

"From dark and dramatic, blown out colour, pastel washes and contoured creations, this is the ultimate eye blending set finished in the Marbleous rose gold, grey and white colour way"

♕ Part of My World ♕ Spectrum Collections ~ Siren Brush Set & Roll ♕
{Overview, First Impressions}

Ciao Principesse!

Today I'm going to show you my new brush set by Spectrum Collections: the Siren Brush Set, which I got on November but since it was meant to be a Christmas present I wasn't allowed to use them yet - that's why I hadn't the chance to write this post before. I just took a look, checked if they were all right (no flaws of any kind), deep cleaned them in order to see if they lost bristles... And then bam! my mom wrapped the whole set and I had to wait till Christmas Day to finally unwrap it and start using all the brushes. Quite a long waiting, yes XD But it was definitely worth of it!

In this post I'm going to do an overview and give you my first impressions about each and every brushes of the set. Please note: this is not a review, since I've been using these brushes for just a couple of weeks. I'll post a proper, full and final review on summer, more or less.
This time this post will be not including the comparisons, as I did in the Glam Clam overview. I'll show the comparisons in the full review, this set is not a limited edition (like the Glam Clam was supposed to be) so no need to rush. (I usually add comparisons on reviews only, I made an exception with the Glam Clam overview because it was a L.E. at the beginning). Still, this post will be much more detailed than my usual first impression posts ;D

"Chic merbabes only - Our most luxe set in the collection, the Siren Set is for the chicest of mer-babes and now the full set is available as a 12 piece set with the brush roll"

♕ Part of My World ♕ Too Faced ~ Primed & Poreless {Powder} ♕

Ciao Principesse!

Oggi è domenica, quindi in teoria dovrebbe andare in onda un Sunday Make Up - ma dopo ben 5 make up di fila ho pensato di darvi tregua, per evitarvi la morte per tedio XD Inoltre, dopo l'illusione di una bella giornata di sole, dopo pranzo sono arrivate le nuvole, mandando all'aria la seduta fotografica di rito.

Andando al nocciolo della questione, per questa domenica ci prendiamo una pausa dei miei make up occhi e, in sostituzione de Sunday Make Up, ho deciso di rispolverare la rubrica delle prime impressioni (che langue da un po', disonore sulla mia mucca di mare) e di parlarvi della mia cipria attuale, la celeberrima Primed & Poreless di Too Faced.

Today is sunday, and on Sunday I usually post a make up - but after 5 eye look in a row I decided to give you a rest, I don't want you to get annoyed XD Also, this morning I had the illusion of a lovely sunny day - which turned into a cloudy day after lunch - so bye bye pictures! The problems with taking pictures with natural lighting XD

Long story short, no make up for today - instead I'm going to talk about my first impressions about my current finishing powder (finally, I haven't been posting any Part of My World aka first impressions in a while, dishonor on my sea cow). The protagonist of today's post is Too Faced Primed & Poreless!

♕ Part of My World ♕ Couleur Caramel ~ Avant Première Base Lissante Velours Matifiante ♕
{Base Lisciante Effetto Opacizzante / Smoothing Velvet Primer Mattifying Effect}

Ciao Principesse!

Nuova puntata della mia rubrica Part of My World aka First Impressions!

Hello Princesses!

New Part of My World aka First Impressions post! This type of post is all about my very first impressions about products I got not long ago (so they're "part of my world" now, hehe) and I can't review them properly yet.

Today I'm going to show you a very interesting bio face primer, the Avant Première Base Lissante Velours di Couleur Caramel.

♕ Part of My World ♕ Spectrum Collections ~ Glam Clam Brush Set ♕
{Overview, First Impressions, Comparisons}

Ciao Principesse!

Hello Princesses!

It's been a while since I last wrote a post in English. I stopped because it takes me twice the time (I'm quite a slow writer), but from now on I might write some random post in both language - like today's one. Maybe if I practice again, I could be able to write every post in English too. Wish me luck :p

Today's post is a "Part of My World" aka my First Impression series. It's going to be a little more detailed than usual, since the brush set I'm going to show you is a limited edition (unfortunately!). I opted for a Part of My World post with tons of picture, lots of detail and comparisons: a compromise between a full review and a simple first impression post. Luckily, the brushes inside are not LE (or, they are with this colour way, but they're always available in the standard colour), so this means that in the future I might review them individually.

This brush set's name is Glam Clam and it's part of the "Atlantis Collection" by Spectrum Collections - a (quite new, I guess) brand specialized in "boldly designed makeup brushes, applicators and tools" that "aims to be a trusted and recognized brand amongst professional artists and makeup lovers alike" .

"Calling all mermaids - the Glam Clam is your must-have beauty buy!"

♕ Part of My World ♕ Lozione Anticrespo ~ Biofficina Toscana ♕

Ciao Principesse!

Post d'inaugurazione della mia nuovissima rubrica Part of My World aka First Impressions!
