Today's look is one of my fave I've recently done! I couldn't wait to show it to you :D
I think I adore it so much because it has everything I love: winged eyeliner, glitters, some of my favourite colours, it gives mermaid vibes and also features a technique I'm currently obsessed with. Keep reading to discover which one I'm talking about - although the pictures are quite self explanatory XD

As you can tell, I'm all about cut crease recently - half cut crease, round cut crease, any type basically - and I wanted to try the round one again, adding glitters to the shape to make it even more dramatic. I've found around the house the cute white holo glitters (which are not craft glitters, but I can't read and don't remember the brand's and the shade's names on the pot!) and I thought I could give them a try!
Since this is a very mermaidy look - with blue shades and pearly glitters - I named it 'Ocean & Pearls' after one of my favourite ballet variations ;D

As I always do when I'm about to do a cut crease, I started with the crease blending. The main shade is Boo Berry by Makeup Geek Cosmetics - which I applied starting from the outer corner and moving inwards until I almost reached the inner corner. Then I brightened it up a little using Eternity by NABLA on top of it; I delineated the round shape using Baltic by NABLA, thus also adding more depth - this served me as a guideline for the further 'carving' and glitter application. As transition shade I used Shore Thing by MUG. I applied the same eyeshadows, in the same order, on my lower lids too.
I took my current foundation (Pro Longwear NW15 by MAC Cosmetics) and used it to clean the lid area and finally carve the round shade. Then I applied Calypso by NABLA all over the lid.

Now the glitters. Since these were not pressed glitters (which not necessarily require glue), I applied a thin layer of lash glue following the round shape first, and then I proceeded with the glitters application. It was a little time consuming, because the glue tends to dry up really fast so I had to do this process in baby steps: a little bit of glue, glitters, then moved to the next small area, glue again, glitter, and so on until I completed the line.
At this point most of the work is done. I applied Pegasus on my inner corner, Antique White on my brow bone and Nocturne to define my lower lashline as usual (all shadows by NABLA).
I applied KVD Tattoo Liner in Trooper and created a quite thick and long winged line (note: when I was applying the glitters, I made sure I left a little bit of space of the eyeliner).
Usual final steps were applying a black eyepencil on my waterline, false lashes, and mascara.
